1.Agreement
By using the PrautoDoc website, submitting an early access request, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
PrautoDoc helps teams create, review, and publish governed technical documentation. It is not a substitute for professional legal, compliance, or engineering judgment.
2.Using the service
Use the website and platform lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse integrations, or disrupt the service.
Early access
- Submission does not guarantee access or timing
- Features may change, be incomplete, or be discontinued
- Not intended for production-critical workflows unless agreed in writing
You are responsible for account credentials and ensuring users in your organization comply with these Terms. We may suspend access for violations or security concerns.
3.Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service — including generation, review workflows, audit logs, and publishing to destinations you configure.
Integrations (GitHub, Slack, Teams, Confluence, etc.) are subject to third-party terms. PrautoDoc uses intentional intake and is not designed to passively monitor chat history.
4.AI output and publishing
Generated documentation may contain errors or omissions. Outputs are drafts for human review — not final or compliance-ready documentation. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before approval or publication.
Approved content may be published to destinations you configure. You are responsible for correct configuration, credentials, and publishing rights.
5.Legal terms
The service, excluding your content, is owned by PrautoDoc and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited right to use it for internal business purposes during your access period.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR USD $100.
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your content, use of the service, or violation of these Terms. We may terminate access at any time. These Terms are governed by U.S. law. See our Privacy Policy for data practices.
